A beautifully proportioned 19th century Zulu stabbing spear, iklwa, with a fine, clean blade, cowhide binding on haft etc. Overall length 59 ins, blade 16 ins long by 2 ins wide. Very good condition, one small old hole in the haft, otherwise very fine. An impressive piece all around and a striking example of this classic Zulu weapon!
