Interesting and unusual study of Sister Janet Wells, who volunteered to nurse the wounded during the Anglo-Zulu War, and was based in the hospital at Utrecht on the Zulu-Transvaal border. She later visited Rorke's Drift, and was awarded the Royal Red Cross for her services on her return. Hardback edition, illustrated, new condition.
