Signed postcard of Field Marshal Sir Evelyn Wood who, as a Colonel, had commanded the Left Flank Column during the Anglo-Zulu War. He was present at the battle of Hlobane and commanded troops at the battles of Khambula and Ulundi. Clear ink signature on right-hand side, old crease to left. Dimensions are 5.5-inches x 3.5-inches.
