Item Description: A very nice 19th century Zulu war-shield of the ihawu type, 32 x 19 inches (stick 40 inches). Dark brown hair, some mild hair loss to face, otherwise good condition. Undoubtedly old, and with a wonderful character. An excellent chance to aquire an affordable example of the iconic Zulu shield.
