A Zulu throwing spear with a particularly long blade (13 ins). The blade shows considerable sign of age. The piece has the long shaft of a throwing spear (overall length is 64 ins); traditional cowhide binding, which appears to have been repaired at some point. Good sound condition with a smokey patina.
