An album page with original Victorian albumen photos from the Anglo-Zulu War on both sides. On one side an image of Fort Pearson and attendant camps, probably depicting the First Division camp in mid-1879. On the reverse the pontoon bridge built across the river at Fort Pearson, with Naval Brigade troops manning a pont in the foreground. Both images are crisp and clear, and measure 7.5 x 5.5 inches.
